Its been a bit over a year since you guys sourced my 1993 R32 GTR V-Spec and to say the least I'm very happy with it, so I thought I'd say thanks!, but how to do so?. Should I send a bottle of wine? a card with scratchies? no, not good enough. I've given you guys the best gift I could think of by recommending your team to a couple of prospective buyers. I have been asked lots of questions at work on how the buying went and how it felt to hand over $**k for a car I had never laid a hand on, and to be honest it was scary but with you guys I'd do it again when the car and time is right with no hesitation. Jed HAD TO HAVE his car ready to drive away in under 4 hours so the pressure was on. As you can see, we did it! Jed was a happy man and did a great deal.

sad but true, a cement truck hit my import head on and I walked away. There was only one decision to be made when I wanted a replacement, what colour? The decision to get the same sort of car was already made. Who wouldn't be impressed with the safety of such a car? My next JZX90 is a mean , green action machine and I will be watching out for cememnt trucks on my side of the road. This is car number 4 for my family with SVi. I guess that means they're doing everything right, at least for us. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

If you are considering buying a good, low klms, well set up camper, give these guys the job. We asked for 2 way fridge, awing, zip on sides, loo, sink, cupboards, good bed, rear change room, pop top, less than 50,000 klms that were true, generator, stove and lots more, we were very particular and they came through for us. You won't go too far wrong with Mick and his team.

This is simply to say "thank you" from our hearts for your assistance and advice over the last couple of weeks leading to the purchase at Auction in Japan of our GTR.

My brief holiday last week with family in Brisbane will truly be memorable due to this purchase and my arrival back in Townsville on Friday greeted by our big "wet season". Steven was "over the moon" with the news of the purchase of the GTR and the realisation of his dreams and I am certain he is counting the days, hours, minutes and seconds when he will receive your next phone call to say the Skyline is on Australian soil. We just arrived from N Z and had heard about SVi even in Aukland. We were able to get a great looking car in top condition for a great price. The price of imports in N.Z. is less than here because they don't have duty ( Aussies even pay GST on Fed stamp duty )any way, the car is great.

We get stared at everywhere we go, that's kind of cool.

I love the car, it's really just what I wanted. The guys at SVi arranged the whole thing from begining to end. I took the warranty, not because I have doubts about the car but it just looked such good value and it includes 5 years of roadside assistance. As you can see, this is a very cool looking car.

After driving the family R31 for so long, this is going to be good! I reckon I chose a great car, clean, straight and the mods I would have fitted here anyway. It was a pain that they had to be removed in Japan but at least I got to keep them. SVi have a good system, thanks so much, I love my car!

Here I am picking up my new toy. I have just been over the car from top to bottom and apart from some curious looking knobs with Japanese writing, I am very, very happy. It's worth the wait. SPecial Vehicle Imports did everything they said they would do. So if you want an import, go for it!

I looked at all the options but could find nothing to match this. 2,900 klms and they were real, I checked! Cameras everywhere and spotless condition, like buying a new car except that I couldn't , this was better than the nearest local equivilent and a lot better price. I found the process fascinating and enjoyable.

I have to admit I'm a fussy buyer, that's why I bought this way. I wanted the chance to pick and choose knowing that what was to arrive would be exactly what I wanted. I am very happy.

OK, who doesn't know about active YAW Control? You have to drive it to beleive it. Thanks to SVi I can out corner any Aussie car on the road! Actually the local car would be off the road, I would be still be safe and on the road. Airbags everywhere, great brakes, better than great handling. Wow, what a car! SVi came through for me.

I am so excited with my new camper - I had a problem after hitting something on the road near Coober Pedy, I was worried about getting the parts but the team at SVi had a suspension strut and tie rod end on the way within 48 hours. thanks SVi

I'm a fussy buyer and I spend most of my time overseas but I wanted an EVO VIII MR and it had to be good, not just OK, it had to be almost in new condition. By using SVI and the system, I was able to choose a car that suited me.

Dimir bought his magnificent silver Aristo and told his workmate, Buddy, that he was really happy with the car, the deal and the service offered by Special Vehicle Imports. If you think they look happy you should hear them! Buddy has one of the quickest Aristos around and Dimir is absolutely rapt in the quality of his "Supra in a tuxedo" It looks like they are ready for weddings, any takers? ha ha.

Just letting you know that the Aristo is going great. car is everything that i could want. your stock at the yard is the best i've seen around.

First of all.. I’d like to thank you man.. from the very start of this surprisingly smooth process (in hindsight), you’ve kept me right in the loop.. everything I could have possibly wanted to know.. (and everything I may not have.. haha) I knew 20seconds after you did.. which was great.. .. I didn’t have a doubt in my mind.. which is really what you need when buying something like this..

I’d like to thank Mick.. you were there right from the start.. helped me in the actual selection of the car.. and even though from memory it was after hours.. you were more than happy to sit down with me and make sure I knew what I was after.. I never thought I would find a car that I would love more than my old celsior but after driving my new JZX90, I have gladly proved myself wrong.

I’d like to thank Sue.. not only for your professionalism in been able to recognise me calling.. (even though it would usually be every 20mins.. haha) but you were still more than happy to help me out when you could.

Lastly, I have to thank Hiro in Japan - his pictures and recommendation really did seal the deal

First of all Mick did the baby arrive on time and are both mother and child well and did "grand-dad" survive the ordeal and open the bottle of Chivas?

Sorry I have not sent this before now but the last week has pretty much been a whirlwind for me with finishing up my old job, flying down to SVI to take delivery of the GTR then a quick visit with relatives before the long drive back up to Townsville to start my new job on Monday morning! Steven wanted to let you know that the GTR hasn't missed a beat on our journey up to here over the weekend (he didn't get booked for speeding) and is now "sparkling" after he washed off all the "bugs" as soon as we arrived home Sunday afternoon. The engine had hardly cooled down after our long trip and he was out there with soap and water.

We want to say a huge "thank you" to all of the team at SVI for helping us through all this purchase to bring to fruition Steven's dreams. From our early discussions in December to the commencement of our search in January and then the handover of keys to us on Thursday 22nd March you need to be congratulated for your very professional service.

At all times we both felt very comfortable that you were very genuine and "up front" with information to assist us in our decision making and we would have no hesitation in recommending your services to prospective buyers. We thank you for the "personal touches" such as picking us up at the airport, the $2.50 for the Freeway Toll, the discount on the CD/Radio player, the use of your phone and office to negotiate our comprehensive insurance, the photos on CD etc !

As promised you delivered the GTR to us "under" our $41,000 target.

just a follow up on the trip down south to Victoria

Firstly I must express my gratitude for all your help and assistance in the purchase of the Hiace.

Being in business myself I can only say that genuine thanks is priceless, and this is genuine thanks to you all!

I must admit I was a bit sceptical when my first approach was made, along the lines , yeah well these guys are out to make a quid (arent we all) and they will agree with you and the car they get for you will always be the best.

However talking to Mick on several occasion I knew what sort of vehicle I wanted, he pointed out the options and we went from there.

In the meantime I spent quite a lot of time on the internet researching vehicles, options details auction prices etc so I had a fair idea of what to expect and what to look for. The photos sent back from japan were first class ( I have copies in an album, along with all other details sent).

the description could not be faulted, along with the auction sheet, even the details i found on the auction site on the day my vehicle was offered. lot 14352 were spot on.

Mick rang and told me when my vehicle arrived and his words were "its the best we have had" then sent more photos (more for the album) even then I was still thinking yeah well it will be good but how good...

Arriving in Brisbane to be picked up at the airport i was still thinking how good?

First glance it looked great - nice clean and tidy then closer inspection revealed all.

Better inside than described, it was classed as B well A must be bloody good, outside apart from a few very minor marks already shown in photos i could not find any problems.

the seats in the back looked as though they had not been sat in and for a 10 year old vehicle that seems hard to believe but its true

Really all i can say is the vehicle described to me was spot on and even better than i expected!

You helped immensly with getting permits insurance etc for the drive back to victoria and we were off

As I have owned and driven a Nissan urvan since 1983 driving vans was not a new experience but driving a Toyota Hiace Super Custom limited 3 litre turbo diesel automatic 4wd from SVI certainly was

can i paint a word picture of the trip back , maybe, i will try.

cruising in comfort at 100kmh 22 degrees inside cd playing softly, volume does not have to be up high, curtains keeping sun out from side windows view from big wide windows in front picturesque, looks on faces in other vans being passed going up to Toowoomba, priceless!! filling with diesel at moree taking a touch over 60 L for 600kms brilliant

1400 kms later and not a worry for the whole trip .

home and now registered KZH106 yep same as model

now the only worry is answering question about what is it, havent seen one like this before

sorry to ramble on but in summary I knew what i wanted, i got what i wanted and it was far better than expected,

so if Mick tells you its a good vehicle , trust me you better believe him.

Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for giving me the opportunity to own such an awesome, and rare Skyline. I spent months looking around all over for a decent skyline, and was absolutley blown away by the this one. It an excellent example of the type of dealer ship SVI are. While there on the day I noticed all the vehicles they had were in very good condition. These guys DONT IMPORT DUDS, just go have a look for yourself. One drive in my R33 was all I needed, and I was lucky enough to be able to pick it up in a few days.

Then theres another aspect of how good these guys are. The after sales service was great. The whole experience from turning up at 9:30am bright and early to picking the car up was just very casual, and Mick and Zac werent pushy at all, and were always looking out for my best interests. I would definitely recommend going to see the guys at SVI if you are loooking for an import, and dont want to worry about any hassles.

When I first embarked down the path of importing I was very hesitant and suspicious of being ripped off. I started communications about importing a car with Mick months before anything actually went ahead and the time you took explaining things to me knowing full well that I was in no position to go ahead at that time is a credit to you. It was that type of service and honesty that got me to come back to SVI when the time was right.

Once we started looking for cars I couldn’t be happier Zac handled most if not all of this process, even though I never met Zac his friendly and professional manner on the phone made me feel comfortable and always took the time to explain what was going on either on the phone or by email, Thanks Zac.

When we found the car I was so excited and couldn’t wait for it to get here, thank you for putting up with my frequent questioning etc during this period.

Well I have the car home now and couldn’t be happier, I don’t know if you guys were aware but I found a DVD player under the seat yesterday J (not sure if it works). So again Thanks SVI, keep up the excellent customer relations it’s truly the most important part of any business and it sets you apart from the rest. If down the track I am thinking of importing again I know who to call.

I Just wanted to let you know that the fitting of my wheels went well on Saturday and that I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! (Photos attached) I just wanted to thank you and Mick for all your help, firstly, in finding me the car which was better quality and cheaper than any thing offered at a car yard then helping me find an alarm at a good price, then helping me with the tyre troubles I had in Kingaroy then finally getting me the wheels to make my car look exactly the way I envisioned it...for a good price too! All up going through SVI has saved me thousands of dollars and has allowed me to have exactly the car I wanted with no compromises. I will be recommending SVI to any of my friends (Trust me this car has a few interested) because of the quality and price of the cars you provide and the fact that the service continues after the car has been bought (Which I can tell you from experience does not happen at some car yards). So thanks again and I will probably be back some time soon chasing an exhaust.
